Join Skye in this weekly indoor South Bath; created to support you in returning to yourself.  Through the offering of vocal soundscapes and Crystal Singing Bowls; featuring additional Sound healing elements that vary each session.
 
Let this be your weekly check point to consciously be still and connect to yourself.
 
Bolsters, blankets and cushions are available for added support- please bring any additional yoga mat or things you like to feel comfortable.
 
What are Sound Bowls?:
Singing bowls are sound healing instruments; made from quartz crystal (heated at high temperatures to form a bowl) or made from metals such as bronze or brass.  Crystal singing bowls emit a clear and resonant sound that carries smoothly over water and metal bowls are used commonly in body work.
 
Quartz has piezoelectric properties, meaning it can transform energy and vibrates in a very stable, precise way (this is why it’s used in watches and electronics). This stability is believed to enhance the effectiveness of sound healing.
 
When the bowls are struck or played with a mallet around the rim, they produce a sustained, vibrating tone. The sound can be felt in the body as vibration.
 
The vibrations support us in:

• Balancing energy

• Calming the nervous system

• Promoting relaxation through slowing brain waves and Theta states.

 
Time: 6-7pm
Doors will be open from 5:45pm, and will be locked from 6:10pm.

Cancellation Policy

• Sessions begin at 6:00pm. Doors will be locked at 6:10pm. If you arrive after this, you will not be admitted and no refund or option to reschedule will be given.

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance can be rescheduled for a future session.

• All classes are non-refundable.

• In unforeseen circumstances, please contact Skye. Exceptions may be made at her discretion.
